Yeah I tend to agree
I tend to agree that the best bet is to use a div for the heading of the website.
I disagree a bit however with your point of not using the H tags for visual mark up. I think it is good to play around with the settings to make it look pretty which helps keep the user on the site.
btw as a side note, below you have a list of allowed HTML tags, I do not see H1 listed??? :D
