Your description perfectly fits the #9 reason, as you, apparently, don't have a site, related to Web building. This is not so a reason, but a lack of opportunity, it appears.
I appreciate your interest in this site. Without your feedback it seems I am just writing this for myself, though some 10k visitors could, probably, have found the site useful last month.
If you don't want to share this site with your friends, it is alright. This site is supposed to educate anyone building sites or someone looking to hire a consultant/developer or learn something new about the topic.
P.S. Yes, I guess language may be one problem. Though if your readers know English, it isn't a huge one, if you really want to share. For example, Ukraine SEO bloggers notice me too ;)
