You can only use copyrighted

You can only use copyrighted materials, when you follow principles of fair use:
- when you only use enough information to quote the source
- when you don't profit from publishing the information
- when you don't compete with the sources

You can read about the fair use principle here:
http://www.copyright.gov/fls/fl102.html
http://fairuse.stanford.edu/Copyright_and_Fair_Use_Overview/chapter9/9-c...

Judging by what you said, I'd say that you can only republish materials in full, if you ask permission from the author. If you don't and republish the articles in full, you are infringing on the copyright rights of the authors.

I'd advise you to create your own articles and e-books to publish, this way you'll get more traffic, respect and will be free from copyright issues. You can quote authors from articles and books, when you write about certain topics, too.

Bear in mind that this isn't legal advice, you can get only one from a professional lawyer.
