I would like to start a non profit charity, to help and view why certain lements we have within our body is unable to cure and heal, I fell in 2004 and was diagnosed and my injuries has left unable tolive an ordinary life like i did before. However i am on alot meds, and research is important and to have the funds to do this research, in toledo ohio, they had some centers sat up for researching Lumbar radiculapthy and couple other things wrong with me. I have shots in my back abot once a month and only helps for about a week,,so you see it never takes the pain away it just help it for a moment, i need help, can you help me
